Dragon Nomination for Growing Business Awards
So far 2015 has been a busy year for Dragon, not only have we implemented a new fit for purpose accounts system and had a major restructure of our staffing, we have also been nominated for a number of reputable awards.
In the Spring we were entered into the UK Energy Innovation Awards in the category Best High Growth Company, this was in recognition of the vast development the company has been through in the last 12 months. Shortly after our first nomination we received another awards entry, this time for the prestigious Construction News Awards in the category of Contractor of the Year.
Earlier this month we received a nomination from the Growing Business Awards where our Chief Executive Officer, Debbie Edgar, has been entered for Entrepreneur of the Year. Fingers are crossed at the Dragon office for Debbie’s entry and our best eveningwear will be making an appearance for the awards ceremony on Thursday 26th November.
Just this week we have received confirmation that we are finalists in a further two award categories, this time for the Midlands Business Awards. Dragon Infrastructure have received a nomination for the Midlands Business Organisation of the Year and another individual nomination has been received for Debbie in the category Midlands Business Person of the Year. We will be kept on tenterhooks until the awards show which will be held at the National Motorcycle Museum on Friday 26th February 2016. This award will be the third entry this year for Debbie as she was also nominated as Business Leader of the Year at the Women in Construction Awards.
